Not deliverables. Outcomes.
I don't sell videos, websites, or media packages. I help organisations fix communication systems that aren't working — then I build or deliver whatever medium actually solves the problem.
Every engagement starts the same way: understanding the business problem before anyone picks up a camera, opens a code editor, or writes a script.

    Engagement

    Different depths. Same thinking.

Technarrate isn't a one-size-fits-all engagement. The framework is always the same five steps, but how deep you go depends on what the problem demands.

    Technarrate Diagnostic

    0102030405

A focused assessment. We identify the business problem and map the audience. You receive a strategic brief with clear recommendations: what's broken, why, and what to do next. No production, no deliverables. Just clarity.

    Technarrate Implementation

    0102030405

The full engagement. Diagnosis, strategy, translation, production, and knowledge transfer. Everything from understanding the problem to delivering the solution and making sure your team can sustain it.

    Technarrate Enablement

    0102030405

The full framework applied with the primary goal of building your team's capability. I work alongside your people on real projects, transferring the diagnostic thinking and strategic decision-making as we go. Designed to make you self-sufficient.

    Short Engagement

    Technarrate Diagnostic

You know something isn't working, but you can't pinpoint why. Content isn't landing. Teams are producing material that doesn't connect. Internal and external messaging feels fragmented. The Diagnostic applies the Technarrate framework to identify where the breakdown is occurring, what's causing it, and what to do about it. No production, no deliverables — just clarity.

    This is for you if…

    • You're investing in content but not seeing results
    • You need an outside perspective before committing to a bigger engagement
    • You want a strategic brief you can act on internally

    What you get

A diagnostic session (typically 2–3 hours of structured conversation), followed by a written strategic brief: what's broken, why, and what to do next.

    Full Engagement

    Technarrate Implementation

The complete engagement: diagnosis, strategy, and hands-on delivery through all five Technarrate steps — from aligning on message and audience, through shaping the right medium, to producing and delivering the final output. The medium depends on the problem. Every creative decision traces back to the diagnostic work, and every deliverable serves a defined business outcome. Knowledge transfer is built in throughout. By the time we're done, your team understands the thinking behind the work, not just the work itself.

    This is for you if…

    • You have a specific communication challenge and need it solved end-to-end
    • You want strategic thinking and hands-on delivery from the same person
    • You need the output to work as part of a broader business system, not just look good

    What you get

A structured engagement, typically 8–12 weeks: strategic diagnosis, media strategy, creative direction, production, delivery, and a handover that ensures your team can maintain what we've built.

    Capability Building

    Technarrate Enablement

You don't want to depend on an external resource forever. Neither do I. Enablement is about making your internal team stronger at the work they're already doing. I work alongside your team, transferring the Technarrate thinking as we go: how to diagnose communication problems, how to make strategic decisions about medium and message, and how to maintain quality across teams and regions. Your people absorb the framework through doing the work with me, not through a classroom exercise.

    This is for you if…

    • You want your internal team to become self-sufficient
    • You have global teams that need consistency without a central bottleneck
    • You've worked with external agencies and want to reduce that dependency

    What you get

Hands-on knowledge transfer woven into real project work. Over time, your people develop the instincts and frameworks to run the system without me. The exact shape depends on what your team needs — we figure that out in the initial conversation.

    Delivery

    The format follows the strategy.

Every engagement ends in something the audience can actually use. The medium depends on what the strategy reveals — and rarely is the answer just one thing. A typical engagement produces some combination of the following:

Video — Documentary-style interviews, hero films, short-form social content. My background is in directing and producing media for technically complex businesses, so video is often part of the answer — though not always.

Long-form writing — Articles, case studies, founder essays, technical explainers. The discovery process produces the raw substance; the writing turns it into content that can sit on a website, in a publication, or in front of a board.

Strategic web development — Websites, web applications, and digital platforms. Two delivery routes depending on scope: AI-assisted for smaller, faster builds (landing pages, microsites, simple tools), and developer partnership for larger, complex systems.

Internal communications — Strategy and content for organisations whose problem isn't reaching external audiences but aligning internal ones. Onboarding, change communications, leadership comms, distributed-team alignment.

Photography and visual content — Brand-aligned image libraries captured during the same engagement, often alongside video. Twelve months of usable imagery from one production day.

Decks, briefs, and frameworks — Investor decks, board-level presentations, audience profiles, content audits, editorial calendars. Anything written that helps an organisation make better decisions about what to communicate and how.

The right mix is decided in discovery. We don't pick the format first.

Every engagement starts with a conversation.

Tell me what's not working. I'll ask some questions. We'll figure out together whether I can help — and which approach makes sense.
