Case Studies
Work that delivers
Detailed examples of how strategic communications and media direction create tangible impact.

IDC
Webinar Product Launch
IDC, a leading global provider of market intelligence, was preparing to launch a new and significant product line. While IDC already had strong relationships with enterprise clients such as Cisco, Microsoft, and Vodafone, the company needed a way to refresh engagement, build thought leadership, and provide a scalable format to connect with both existing and prospective clients. Traditional communication channels weren't delivering the same impact, and IDC wanted a solution that felt authentic and engaging rather than corporate and scripted.
LSX Leaders
Life Sciences Pitch Platform Development
LSX Leaders organises high-profile events for the life sciences sector, bringing together startups, scale-ups, investors, and industry leaders. As the ecosystem grew, LSX saw an increasing demand from biotech and medtech startups to connect with angel and venture investors more efficiently. Traditional in-person pitch sessions were limited by time, geography, and audience size, which meant promising innovators often struggled to get their message in front of the right people.
IDC / Shure
Shure Microphones Study Production
Shure Microphones, a global leader in audio technology, wanted to highlight the importance of sound quality in virtual meetings — a topic that had become critical as remote collaboration became the norm. IDC, commissioned to research this area, needed a way to translate technical findings into compelling corporate communications content that would resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences. While IDC analysts excel at research and insight, their presentations can lean heavily on data. The challenge was to transform detailed findings into a narrative that highlighted Shure's expertise, demonstrated real-world business impact, and engaged stakeholders on a human level.
Mambu
Strategic Media Proposal for Cloud Banking Platform
Mambu, a leading cloud-native core banking provider, was scaling rapidly between its early and later Series B funding rounds. At this stage of growth, the company needed to communicate effectively with two distinct audiences: top-tier developers in Romania, to fuel expansion of their technical team, and investors, to reinforce credibility and strengthen their position in the competitive fintech sector. Mambu's Marketing Consultant had already laid out a strong campaign framework. Initially, I was brought in to deliver the video production, but the scope soon expanded as I contributed ideas on structure and storytelling, becoming a creative partner in the process.
